A low-cost agent sits on the customer's LAN, discovers every device, and records latency, jitter, DNS, DHCP and path quality as history. So when the call comes, you can answer “when did it start?” with a timestamp instead of a shrug — and ask Claude whether it's the network or the ISP.

How it works

    Plug in an agent

    One command on any Debian or Ubuntu machine — or flash a Raspberry Pi image and plug it in. It connects itself to your account; there is nothing to configure on the network.

    It maps the site

    The agent discovers every device on the LAN and identifies it — routers, switches, APs, printers, cameras, NAS boxes, IoT gadgets, ISP gateways — then keeps measuring latency, jitter, DNS, DHCP and path quality, and records it all as history.

    Ask Claude

    Install the Focus Layer plugin for Claude and ask in plain English: “what’s on this network?”, “is it us or the ISP?”, “when did it start?”. The answers come from the recorded history, not a live guess.
